1. Check the Battery. Start your troubleshooting process by inspecting the battery. You’ll need a multimeter to check its voltage. Set your multimeter to DC volts mode. Attach the red (positive) probe to the positive terminal of the battery and the black (negative) probe to your battery’s negative terminal.Line up the cam gear with the xrank pin pointing toward the top of the cylinder. Then pull rhe 14 mm bolt on the top of the stator housing. You should see a timing mark on the stator. If you dont turn the cam gear one more revolution. If you dont see the timing mark on either position.

My 19 570 is hard to start at times. Almost like it gets stuck at a spot with too much compression. Keep turning the key and it will eventually fire right up. If the pump doesn't run for about 3 seconds when you cycle the key on, then you need to find out why. Sometimes it's just a faulty relay or a bad connection.
