The "Total AV" customer service responses I've gotten is that since I'm not a paying customer, they can't help me, as COVID19 has limited their staff. In other words, there's no solution from them about the popup. Although I don't have the program on my computer the ad will just continue popping up telling me to renew or uninstall.
