Stellaris empire size - With other empires, there are mitigations for Empire Size with Bureaucrats, but I don't see them applying to Coordinators for Machine Empires (Uplink Node). So the only things that help are some of the modifications in the different Tradition Trees. None of the technologies or more Uplink Nodes were working on my playthrough.
